    Converted an existing Smart & Final building into a new 16,774 square foot Mini Dealer Showroom with 13 new service bays.

  • Toyota of Huntington Beach

    Constructed to look like a two-story office building, this five-story, ground-up project encompasses approximately 210,000 square feet of building area on a 2.5 acre site.

  • Lexus Santa Monica

    This 25,000 sq. ft. showroom was a remodel project developed from an existing historical Buick dealership from the 1920’s era.

  • Newport Lexus

    This project was developed as a design/build at the “Gateway” to Newport Beach (the corner of MacArthur and Jamboree). The eight-acre site features two separate buildings connected by an 11,000 square foot service canopy.

  • Airport Marina Honda

    This project entailed a complete remodel of an existing 17,927 square foot two-story Saturn Store incorporating American Honda’s new Design Standards.

  • Hardin Honda

    This project included a 3000 square foot addition to the showroom, upgrading the facility to the new Honda Image II program standards.

  • McKenna Porsche

    This 12,000 sq. ft. automobile dealership features Alucabond Exterior Composite Panelsand and ½” concealed butt glass.

  • Pacific Porsche

    The 16,000 sq. ft. automobile dealership building incorporates Porsche’s “New Millennium” image.

  • Pacific Audi

    The former Goodyear Tire building was transformed into this contemporary Audi facility. The 17,792 sq. ft. remodel consisted of major structural changes.

  • Weir Canyon Acura

    This project included a 12,353 sq. ft. remodel and site improvements. The design/build incorporated the new Acura design image.

  • Jessup Auto Plaza

    This design/build auto facility was developed on eleven acres in the Cathedral City Auto Mall adjacent to Palm Springs, CA. The site accommodated two separate auto dealerships.

  • Mossy Nissan El Cajon

    This project included remodeling the exterior of the showroom to incorporate Nissan's retail environmental design.

  • Toyota of Escondido

    This new design/build project of approximately 194,000 sq. ft. incorporated Toyota’s latest design standards for 2007.
