Project Specifics: Converted an existing Smart & Final building into a new 16,774 square foot Mini Dealer Showroom with 13 new service bays. Klinker tiles in a mortar bed were installed in the service bays, and the showroom floor is polished concrete, open to the roof deck with suspended lighting. The exterior features a 26’ high “jewel box” structural glass tower with ACM accent bands and aluminum storefront glass window systems. Project was completed ahead of schedule even with an Edisen transformer change out.

Project Specifics: Constructed to look like a two-story office building, this five-story, ground-up project encompasses approximately 210,000 square feet of building area on a 2.5 acre site.  Included in the first two floors of the parking structure, the showroom includes custom finishes that exude the beach theme of Huntington Beach.  Finishes include multiple hues of Italian tile, stone and glass-inlayed wall tile, bamboo wood flooring, stainless steel and glass railings, and custom cherry- stained millwork with granite countertops.  The shop area houses 40 service bays and features a grind and polish RetroPlate system on the concrete floor.  The parking area of the site features black and gray concrete throughout.

Project Specifics: This 25,000 sq. ft. showroom was a remodel project developed from an existing historical Buick dealership from the 1920’s era. The new, two-level Lexus facility features ornate characteristics found in a luxury resort, including a  limestone fireplace, plasma screens, coffee bar, interior and exterior water fountains. The interior finishes include Italian tile, mahogany wood doors, textured glass, and ornamental railings. The Spanish style motif is completed by custom millwork and casework, hand painted ceiling murals, architectural trusses and corbels. The exterior building features a service drive entrance accompanied by a 30 ft. hand-crafted mahogany wood gate, stone pavers, and colored stamped concrete. The landscaping is elegantly dressed with peppermint trees and birds of paradise, ensuring a pleasant experience both indoors and out.

Project Specifics: This project was developed as a design/build at the “Gateway” to Newport Beach (the corner of MacArthur and Jamboree). The eight-acre site features two separate buildings connected by an 11,000 square foot service canopy. The showroom building includes 47,000 square feet of finished space and a covered vehicle display portico.  The 2 ½ story showroom features three interior water “walls,” a full-service coffee bar and cafe, two fireplaces, a Tommy Bahama Boutique, a VIP lounge, and a kids game room.  The interior finishes include Italian tile, granite, marble, wood ceiling tiles, and cherry wood finishes on the custom millwork.  The lighting system was tailored to highlight three vehicle display areas.  The project features a fully integrated audiovisual system with multiple plasma TVs, including TV over the urinals in the men’s restroom.

The three-story service building features approximately 270,000 square feet of shop and vehicle storage area.  The first level includes an 80 bay service facility and a full-service commercial car wash that can wash 600 cars per day.  The service facility features in-ground hoists, Klinker Tile, air conditioning, and custom tool benches with continuous stainless steel tops.

The site at Newport Lexus resembles that of a five-star resort.  There are ten varieties of palm trees, including a multi-trunk Phoenix Reclinata specimen tree.  The buildings are surrounded by decorative pavers and stamped, colored concrete.  The highlight of the site is a dramatic water fountain at the corner of MacArthur and Jamboree and a 1,600 square foot professional-quality putting green.

Despite the above features, the showroom building was completed four months ahead of schedule.  The service building was completed to allow partial occupancy of the building during construction.

The exterior remodel included the fabrication of new blue and white metallic aluminum composite paneling wave canopy and entry element. The interior remodel included custom millwork finishes, hardwood flooring and Honda’s new info center. We also remodeled the existing service bays and tech areas adding a service drive canopy to accommodate the increased demand for service

Project Specifics: This project included a 3000 square foot addition to the showroom, upgrading the facility to the new Honda Image II program standards. The interior remodel was designed to instill a customer friendly, dealer oriented atmosphere. The interior was finished with all new custom millwork, Italian tile, and custom carpet squares. The bathrooms were upgraded to include new accessories and fixtures. In addition, a new customer lounge area was added. The exterior was finished with new Dryvit EIFS finish, new ACM panels, new landscaping and color stamped concrete. Definitely a project to see!

Project Specifics: This 12,000 sq. ft. automobile dealership features Alucabond Exterior Composite Panelsand and ½” concealed butt glass. The service drive was completed in brick pavers and the interior features Italian Porcelain tile, curved glass, German lighting, and custom millwork and graphics. The 12,000 sq. ft. two story service building features sixteen bays with Porcelain tile floor, custom toolboxes, a freight elevator and a complete parts department on the second floor. This facility was fast tracked to open on a set date. It was completed and open two weeks early.

Interior features include Italian porcelain tile, custom stainless steel curved railing with glass inlay, custom curved millwork, granite countertops, and curved glass. Bathroom features include custom Kohler fixtures with unique tile patterns on the walls. The twelve bay service department includes Stonhard (epoxy) flooring, a t-bar ceiling, A/C, matching toolboxes, and a shade structure detail area. Pacific Porsche is a “jewel” dealership that you must see.
