Project Specifics: This 25,000 sq. ft. showroom was a remodel project developed from an existing historical Buick dealership from the 1920’s era. The new, two-level Lexus facility features ornate characteristics found in a luxury resort, including a limestone fireplace, plasma screens, coffee bar, interior and exterior water fountains. The interior finishes include Italian tile, mahogany wood doors, textured glass, and ornamental railings. The Spanish style motif is completed by custom millwork and casework, hand painted ceiling murals, architectural trusses and corbels. The exterior building features a service drive entrance accompanied by a 30 ft. hand-crafted mahogany wood gate, stone pavers, and colored stamped concrete. The landscaping is elegantly dressed with peppermint trees and birds of paradise, ensuring a pleasant experience both indoors and out.
