Project Specifics: This is a ground-up project, transforming 450,000 square feet of undeveloped lot into a new Honda auto dealership. The new dealership features a 20,000 Sq.Ft. showroom building, two-story service & parts building, car wash facility, covered service drive, 150,000 Sq.Ft. of customer / employee parking and 830 inventory parking stalls. With a scheduled start to finish completion time of 9 months, this project will be fast-tracked, executed with precision and efficiency.
