Project Specifics: Constructed to look like a two-story office building, this five-story, ground-up project encompasses approximately 210,000 square feet of building area on a 2.5 acre site. Included in the first two floors of the parking structure, the showroom includes custom finishes that exude the beach theme of Huntington Beach. Finishes include multiple hues of Italian tile, stone and glass-inlayed wall tile, bamboo wood flooring, stainless steel and glass railings, and custom cherry- stained millwork with granite countertops. The shop area houses 40 service bays and features a grind and polish RetroPlate system on the concrete floor. The parking area of the site features black and gray concrete throughout.
